The Palestinian Association of Certified Public Accountants concluded yesterday, with the generous hosting of the Jordanian Association of Certified Public Accountants at its headquarters in the Jordanian capital Amman, a specialized training course on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with the participation of more than 20 auditors from Palestine.

The course was delivered by Dr. Jum’a Hamidat, an expert in international standards, who presented the latest updates and practical applications of financial reporting standards, alongside discussions on key challenges facing practitioners and ways to implement best professional practices. The program aimed to enhance auditors’ competencies and improve the quality of financial reports.

The Association emphasized that organizing this course is part of its ongoing efforts to develop the professional capacities of its members and keep pace with rapid developments in international standards, thereby contributing to raising the level of professional services provided.

At the conclusion of the course, the Palestinian Association of Certified Public Accountants expressed its sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Jordanian Association of Certified Public Accountants for their hospitality and excellent organization, and to Dr. Jum’a Hamidat for the distinguished scientific content he provided, which enriched participants’ knowledge and strengthened their professional expertise.
