Palestinian nationality.
Possession of full civil capacity.
Good reputation, conduct, and behavior.
Must not have been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty, nor subjected to any criminal judgment, unless rehabilitation has been granted.
Holder of a professional practice license in accordance with the applicable Law of Auditing Profession in Palestine.
Honorary membership shall be granted by decision of the Board of Directors.
The Association may grant associate membership to Arab and foreign colleagues licensed to practice the profession in their countries, provided that reciprocity is ensured for Palestinians holding a professional practice license in Palestine.
The Association may accept associate members from accountants seeking to obtain a professional practice license, provided they meet the following conditions:
A university degree (at least a bachelor’s) from a recognized university in one of the disciplines of the Faculty of Commerce and Economics, particularly accounting.
Currently employed or previously employed in an auditing office or firm.
Holder of a recommendation letter from two fellow members licensed to practice the profession.
Commitment to abide by the Association’s bylaws, the decisions of its General Assembly and Board of Directors, and the regulations and instructions issued by the Association.
