Applicants must not have been convicted of crimes involving dishonor, breach of trust, or other criminal offenses, unless they have been legally rehabilitated.
hold a valid professional license in accordance with the Auditing Profession Practice Law applicable in Palestine.
Grant honorary membership by decision of the Board of Directors.
PACPA may grant associate membership to Arab and foreign professionals licensed to practice the profession in their respective countries, on a reciprocal basis for Palestinian professionals licensed in Palestine.
PACPA may accept associate members from accounting graduates seeking to obtain a professional practice license, provided they meet the following conditions:
Hold at least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in one of the fields related to business and economics, particularly accounting.
Be currently employed or have prior experience in an audit office or audit firm.
Obtain recommendation letters from two practicing professional members.
Commit to comply with PACPA’s bylaws, the decisions of its General Assembly and Board of Directors, and all regulations and instructions issued by PACPA.
